I answer to your statement these door handles are mounted with 4 small bolts located inside the door frame. You will need to remove the door card to get access to them. Once the 4 bolts are removed the handle can be lifted out far enough to remove the pull bar the handle operates. The handle should then simply lift out. Refitting is the opposite of this method.
Most door handles are fastened in place from the inside of the vehicle. You will need to remove the door card for access. There will be two nuts inside the door panel, (See photo), and a wire link to the door release mechanism. Take your time removing the nuts to avoid dropping them inside the door panel. Removing the wire link can be easier once the handle is hanging loose.
You will need to remove the inner trim panel of the door to access either the inside or the outside handle.
Once removed, you will see screws that hold the inside handle, and bolts or nuts that hold the outside handle onto the door.
Remove those, and you are on your way.
God's blessings

You will need to remove the door panel from the inside to gain access to the door handle bolts on the inside of the door panel. There should be two nuts to remove and then the door handle will come out.
