Please make sure earth/ground points are tight and free of dirt and corrosion. especially knowing this is off road car. fuses are clean. charge relay is working correctly, main fuse CONNECTIONS are good. the fact that it happens when you move , means most likely a loose connection.
Your toyota technician should know what a "cold starting solenoid" is. It is the little thing that works your throttle until the motor warms up and something else takes over. I'd suggest going to another technician.

I have the same vehicle and recently had similar problem - hard to start realised battery was dying just didn't have the grunt for it to kick. Replaced with 850 CCA battery end of problem !
