Question about Seat Cars & Trucks
The drivers seat leans to the right and will not come up to the straight posistion I can not find it visually.
Sounds like it could be worn out foam, springs, or a bent seat bracket. I'd take it to a shop and get a free estimate. They'll be able to point you in the right direction.

The seat back frame is broken, in most cases it can be welded but all the trim must be removed and the seat dis-assembled down to just the frame, any upholstery shop can do this job for u, about $100-200

If your not over miles then it should be covered under warranty, take it to the dealer for inspection. they have standard 3 year 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty... 3 years 50,000 miles on power train...

you need to take it to a wheel specialist for wheel alignment.
It entails the precise settings for the setting regarding your wheels.
This inclused "toe in and toe out"
Camber settings etc
Read more at :
a professional does this with laser assisted equipment and a car that has wheel alignment problems consumes more fuel, has less power, handles worse and wears its tyres much faster than a car that has the correct settings.
