Question about 1999 Ford Windstar
I don't want to give you the wrong information here so I'm going to first ask why you want to do this? Is it causing other issues? I may be able to help with the other issues. The theft system might be able to be disabled by removing the relay for the theft system...you can try removing the relay and see if the vehicle will still start and operate, however I'm not certain if this will work.
