You have to flip the bottom of the rear seat forward. There should be a strap to pull where the seat bottom and seat back meet. The seats will not fold all the way down with out flipping the bottom up first.
I would take it back to whoever did the install, and see if they will correct it. Is your light switch to flip up the lights on the steering column? Possible they pinched or inadvertently pulled a wire loose. I know on toyotas the flip up lights work off the light stalk, independent altogether of the ignition switch.
The switch will either be in one of two places. The first place to look Is at the rear of the vehicle. Open the hatch and on the left side you will see a little cover that can be pulled off. Remove this and you will find the switch inside. It will be marked as the air suspension (do not flip the fuel switch) . Flip the switch and let the vehicle run for a while so it can fill the air bags up to ride height. If it is not on the left check on the right side I might have that backwards.
If it is not at the rear of the vehicle it will be in the front passenger foot area. You will need a flashlight. Get down and look way up to the front on the right of the vehicle. There will only be one switch flip it and same thing I said earlier, let the vehicle run for a while.
True. It is in the trunk under the plastic carpet. You need to remove the bolts from the navi dvd and flip it over. Write down the serial number and go back to the dealer. Show registration of car and have car with you. On 2005 and up cars with navi the tech can go to a secret tech screen and get the serial number.
