SOURCE: 1990 Acura Legend, location of main relay for fuel pump

looked it up online, looks like its in the underhood fuse box but couldn't get a good diagram that shows which relay number it is. the website i use is sort of dependent on the manufacturer, apparently acura did not feel like sharing that info. hope that helps

SOURCE: 2004 Acura MDX Water Leak

The 2002 MDX I worked on turned out to be a drainage problem . Seems the factory installed foam in the bottom of the hinge pillar post which blocked the drain holes . Take off the mud flap , remove enough of the splash shield to access the bottom of the hinge pillar and drill a half inch hole at the front lower corner aiming the drill slightly upward ( be sure to protect the bare metal) .Water gushed out when I did this. For extra ins. remove the kick panels and check for two holes a few inchs from the floor, plug and chaulk these holes. Hope this worksfor you too

This could be a couple of different things. I would suggest a tune up. New spark plugs, wires. If that doesn't help then it could be the coils.

Normally under the dash in the drivers or passengers side kick panel.

Hi . My Acura MDX 2009 suddenly stopped while driving. This has happened twice now. Pls help. It's very dangerous good thing didn't happen in the highway.

could be a number of things that can cause your problem some of the top ones that usually dont show a check engine light are fuel pump failing --fuel filter--needs a tune up --egr valve carbon build up -cat converter clogging -ignition switch worn failing-battery/alternator failing --fuel pump relay failing/overheating if you do have a check engine light most auto stores offer scanning the vehicle for free

My 2004 Acura MDX is making a whinning noise. we

the fluid could be burnt and the filter may need to change. You would aslo need to check the air in your tires to see if one of the front tires is low on air, then the next thing would be to check to see if a brake caliper is sticking.

2004 Acura MDX Will not start on first try

There is a small key icon that flashes when the key is first turned in the ignition to the "on" position but before you actually crank the car. Wait for this to go away before attempting to crank. Something about the acuras recognizing the key to make sure the car is not being stolen or hotwired from what I hear. Other than that you could be looking at a fuel pump or relay, that's what my starting issues with acuras have been. Both my vehicles eventually would not crank at all though when I had to replace the pump.
