x2 there is never a need to bleed fuel lines. ever.
the pump and reg from a loop it does that all by self.
why not post full symptoms. (parked ,driving , hot and cold engine)
the PCM runs in many modes, all matter.
x2, i can list 100 things why would you try to guess 100 timings, OP.
all that matters in your post i the word MISSING, called MISFIRE.
misfire does ALL that, .
top cause for misfire are (when real bad all engines stall)
next time post engine size
stalls happen too on purpose. the PCM has a relay called
ASD and can drop it for 8 reasons, not looking for this is failed diagnosis on all jeeps.

Why would you bleed a fuel line? The electric pump, if it is giving good pressure, will deliver plenty of fuel. Any codes? What codes?
At this juncture, it could be nearly anything, including a low pressure delivery from the pump. Tell us more so we can help you better!
SOURCE: possible water in the gas tank
need to bleed the fuel line agian, change the fuel filter and get a gas cap from any auto shop. or from ebay.com
