No engine stated of the 3 possible, wow !
x2 there is never a need to bleed fuel lines. ever.
the pump and reg from a loop it does that all by self.
why not post full symptoms. (parked ,driving , hot and cold engine)
the PCM runs in many modes, all matter.
x2, i can list 100 things why would you try to guess 100 timings, OP.
all that matters in your post i the word MISSING, called MISFIRE.

misfire does ALL that, .
top cause for misfire are (when real bad all engines stall)

  1. never ever tuned up this decade, spark and filters parts. duh?
  2. bad fuel
  3. bad engine, (compression good on all cylinders)
  4. injector leak down tests passing.
  5. fuel pressure at spec.
  6. forgetting to use a scan tool at stall, why bad that idea.
  7. EGR stuck open all cars stall, clean it. (if equipped)
next time post engine size

stalls happen too on purpose. the PCM has a relay called
ASD and can drop it for 8 reasons, not looking for this is failed diagnosis on all jeeps.

Why would you bleed a fuel line? The electric pump, if it is giving good pressure, will deliver plenty of fuel. Any codes? What codes?
At this juncture, it could be nearly anything, including a low pressure delivery from the pump. Tell us more so we can help you better!

My 1985 mercruiser motor runs great for thirty minutes then starts missing and stalls out. After thirty minutes the motor restarts and runs for another thirty minutes before the cycle repeats itself.

Have you checked that the fuel tank vent that allows air into the tank is open? I had a motorcycle do something similar. Fast way to check is to take the fuel tank cap completely off and see what she does.

I would also check to make sure that all the fuel lines are good, no kinks etc,

Seems like the fuel line looses its fuel or something. ????? That would cause a no start or hard start problem . Your best bet , have it diagnosed by a repair shop . That is unless you want 20 different answers on here . Are you willing to replace parts your vehicle doesn't need . Testing is the only way find the problem , not guessing , that's all you'll get on here . Hooking up a professional type scan tool an checking sensor data parameters to see what is a miss . Doing fuel pressure testing ,hooking up a pressure gauge .

Could be but first I would check battery to motor and battery to body ground for corossion. Also check condition of motor to body ground strap also check under mounting bolts for corrosion. Bad or intermittent ground can cause all sorts of problems.

Missing and not starting when gets warm and run for a bit

ok.. for starters you need to check why you are loosing revs.. it could be your powersteering switch on your steering rack not working.. just bridge switch to test.. revs should not drop on steering.. then check fuel pump relay.. and efi relay.. theese cars are gettin on.. so could be faulty with long use..heat related.. insert a visual inline fuel filter and when it stalls check fuel flow... aswell as put a little fuel in the vacum hose line and see if it starts to confirm its a fuel issue... if the visualis fuel flow than its fuel pump related.. wires can come loose of pump .. as they travell under rear seat.. and into tank.. ... good luck
