Yes but it is soldered to the board so you would have to disassemble the cluster to do so ,not very difficult to do just make sure to ground yourself so no static is discharged from your body

You have to reach in behind the dash cluster. Remove the bulb carrier you think it is and then shine a light up behind there. If the engine check light glows, you have the right one.
These are not related issues. The problem is a really common one. Most likely the circuit board is bad. I sell about 4 a week for these trucks. You can pick them up for around $20 at your local parts store.
GO TO ANY AUTO PARTS PLACE.BESURE TO TELL THEM WHAT MODEL TYPE YEAR OF CAR ENGINE SIZE AND TYPE FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM.THEN THEY WILL LOOK UP AND TELL YOU WHAT TYPE OF BULB YOU NEED.
The lights can be replaced, you must disassemble each panel, desolder each bulb and solder in new 12 volt 6 mlliamp from radio shack. Sounds hard but if you look on youtube you will see it's not that hard and you will save alot of money.
