I do believe that all the brake lights are operated off of the same fuse. Check the bulb in the 3rd light, or the connection to it. It can also be a bad brake light switch if you don't have separate isolated amber rear turn signals.
Your issue is probably the valet switch. It's located in your glovebox. It's a common problem on the Infiniti. When the switch is bad you can unlock your doors but you can't open your trunk. It's a fairly inexpensive part, but I'm not sure about labor costs.
this is my trick go to ur car s fuse box turn the key but dont dnt turn the motor on just so the electrical is on go to ur cars fuse box look 4 the car stereo fuse with the car electric on take only the stereo fuse off check tat its not burn out if its not after u took it off it shold rest the system for the stereo and ur cd player sud work now
