I already rebuilt the starter, changed the ignition switch and the starter relay. Today I had help finding out that there is NO power going to the starter relay with the key turned to the position where it should be turning over the engine. With the key turned to the Start position I can jump across from a spot I made bare on the small wire going into the solenoid to the main hot wire on the started. I can also jump across two pins where the starter relay plugs into the fuse panel with the key in the on position. The key does NOT have to be turned all the way to the start position to jump across those pins or holes where the starter relay plugs into. Other than that it seems that there is no power going to the ignition switch for the starter. Everything else works. Everything. Any realistic suggestion will be considered. No, I can't just junk the van and get a new one. I'm on VA disability which is all I have or get to support my family. I NEED to fix this so my wife has the van for our youngest children.
