Keys will not open car or turn off alarm for no reason.I do not put keys near mobile phone or live near overhead power lines so I do not understand how my keys keep losing program.

try pulling your negative terminal lose from the battery for a few minutes and allow the system to zero out then try it if tht don't work then visit your local honda dealership

Look in the manual to see how to make the car "learn" the remote's code. Failing that, look for a box with lot of wires under a seat or find where computer that controls that is in your car. Press the learn button on the box, and push the door lock button on the remote a couple times.
