The blower motor relay is located on the fire wall midway between the engine and the blower motor left side if hood it up and you are faceing the engine. Its in a bar with 3 or 4 other relays that are all the same interchangeable its the second 1 in Lto R.
But the relay isn't the problem it olny comes into play at high speed to resistors control the lower speeds
What you need to do is this if you want to make it work again.
Forget about the relay and the reistors .Turn the key to run then turn the blower switch to a mid pisition not high .Then go under the hood and start wiggleing the connecters to the blower motor and reisitor connections their are 2 points that connect .When the motor starts to spin you will know witch one to clean .
Their is also a fuse in the fuse box corriodtion can make fuses blow its #6
If the switch in side is good witch is a 99% sure thing this will make the blower spin again but you need to clearn the connecters to the motor if you don't want to do this again

The blower motor resistor is what controls the speed, if this goes out, blower won't work at all (and or certain speeds won't work), and is most likely your culprit. It's located on the bottom of the fan, accessed underneath your glove box. 2 screws, and 1 electrical connector hooked to the fan.
It's located on the blower motor. If you can see the blower motor it's right there. That controls your fan speed. Hope this helps.
