More than Likely, you have a Short on that System and it is causing the 2Amp Fuse to blow. 2 Amp's is not very much, there is getting more than 2 Amps and the most likely cause is a Chaffed Wire that is feeding back into the system...

The BONNET is the hood, You must have talked to someone from ENGLAND. The fuse may blow if the coil or the igniter is shorted. Turn the key on and disconnect the igniter and coil, then hook up each one and see when the fuse blows.

SOURCE: am2 30 amp fuse blowing

check the battery cables for wear and make sure they aren't grounding out on the frame you have a direct short and that is more than likely where it is

SOURCE: am2 keeps blowing up

Its most likely the capacitor on the distributor. Remove the distributor cap and rotor. Under the coil on the right hand side is a cylindrical capacitor about 1/4 length of a AA battery. remove and replace. It's about a $5 part and an easy fix. If you go to NAPA AUTO PARTS, the part # is: RC102. The UPC # is 7-0739090352-1. The description is Distributor Capacitor and Terminal.

My 2000 Toyota Camry am2 fuse blows when I turn ignition on

If the IGN fuse is not also burned, likely there is a shorted ignition coil or grounded ignition coil power wire. If the IGN fuse is burned then look for a possible shorted light bulb

30amp AM 2 fuse blows as soon you turn on the key & car will not start

This is common about this time on these Camrys. I own three. The AM2 fuse is blowing because a coil, capacitor, or supressor has gone bad in the distributor. To test this disconnect the two wire connectors to the distributor. Replace the AM2 fuse. Turn the ignition. If the fuse doesn't blow. The distributor.

Why does me AM2 fuse blow on my 96 camry le 2.2

There is a capacitor/condenser that is used for noise suppression/static. It is attached to the post of the coil. They melt and short out blowing the AM2 fuse. You can clip the wire for now and it will run fine. The condenser can be purchased at the dealer for about $8 but the distributer has to come out to change it.

1993 Toyota Camry AM2 Fuse keeps on blowing

If this is a stock radio the fault is going to be in the wiring between the fuse and your radio look for damaged wires that can short to ground. You should also make sure nothing is tapped into that circuit (more common in aftermarket radios)
