Have already replace the compressor with the burnt out coil. Replaced the alternator. Both old and new alternators do the same thing. Battery is 10 months old and has been tested and passes. Have no idea why voltage is dropping which is causing the A/C clutch to slip and squeel and eventually will burn out the coil.
Trace your alt wire, sounds like it may have a bad spot in it jumping fire, happened to me once
