that is actualy a fact the reason is the pressure screws that are placed to hold these in place are actualy pressed in place. ok Well this is the deal you need a dremel Rotary tool and the cutting discs to cut a notch in the head of the of this screw for a flat tip screw driver to fit and then you just remove head on over to a junker do the same and reinstall

Right next to the intake plenum.

Check all the fuses.
