A P0302 code, for example, would tell you cylinder number two is misfiring. Unfortunately, a P0300 doesn't tell you specifically which cylinder(s) is/are mis-firing, nor why

These codes other than the p0300's pertain to VW or BMW. They indicate a problem with the throttle actuator assembly. You can try and have it cleaned and see if the problem goes away or you may have to replace the actuator unit

My 96 honda accord is giving me three different code readings they are: P0303 cylinder 3 missfire, P0302 cylinder 2 missfire & P1300 multiple missfire detected, How do I fix this problem?

I would start with a full tune up. If it has never been done then that is the best way to start. Make sure that you gap your plugs. NGK plugs are the best for any and all Honda's. Let us know how it goes.
