It is a evaporative emissions code. (evap system catches stores and eventually has the engine burn fuel vapor preassure from tank) It relates specificly to the vapor preassure sensor mounted on the evap canister.
There is either a open or short in the wiring to or the sensor itself, causing inaccurate readings, and thus throwing the code. Unless youve been in an accident, it is probably the Preassure sensor.

There is a fuel vapor recovery device inside the tank that affects fill rate if it malfunctions, it takes the dealer to diagnose it and only the dealer has the parts to fix it.
