You most likely have an ABS issue. You need to have the ABS system scanned for cods and repaired accordingly.

open the rear hatch. Between the tail light housing and the rear hatch opening there is a trim strip with two flush fitted flap doors. Insert a small straight blade screwdriver into the small slot on the tail light side of the flap. Pry gently inboard and the small flap will open (the hinge side of the flap is on the side of the rear hatch opening.) Now you can remove the screws that hold the tail lamp assembly in place. Finally, there is still a "spear point" clip that fits into a socket near the front outboard corner of the assembly. Gently pry with a tape wrapped screwdriver (avoids scratches) and force the assembly straight back. The clip should release and free the assembly so you can change the bulb(s).

open the rear hatch. Next to the brake light assembly, between it and the hatch there are two flap doors in the brake light trim. Take a small flat blade screwdriver and open these doors. The hinge side of the flap is nearest the hatch opening. when opened, the flaps will reveal two screws. Remove these. then wrap a flat blade screwdriver with some tape (protects the paint) and put the blade at the front outside corner of the brake light assembly. Pry gently rearward and a plastic spear point clip will release. With the assembly off, you can see how to twist out the bulb sockets and replace the bulbs. to replace, put the spear point clip in first, replace the screws, and close the flaps in the trim.

It may be as simple as your oil condition or oil level. If you have poor oil in your engine the VTEC system will not operate properly and when RPMs reach 2800 or so it will buck. If everything checks okay with the oil have the code checked for your check engine light/VSA light.
