Driver side head light wont come on bulb is new

If input power reaching till the head light then its mean head light bulb is damaged need to replace.

Seems like if your other low beam is lit, there's something wrong with the new bulb. Make sure it's the exact type needed, and switch the working bulb from the pass. side to drivers side to check.

Bad socket, bad ground, or no voltage getting to light

Make sure all the bulbs are working in the turn signal. Some front turn signals will use two or more bulbs per side. If any one of these bulbs are burned out it will cause the turn signal to flash at a fast rate. It also could be a bad control lighting control switch a.k.a. multi-function switch.

bulb or the wires to the head light check these first

When looking from the outside of the headlight at the bulb, can you see the bulb clearly??
These lenses are notorious for dulling very badly. If it has you can use a regular headlight 'restoring' kit sold at most auto part locations.

If it is not a lens issue, you may have a wiring/supply issue.
Then you would need to find the troublesome wire/connection.
I am not the best at wiring issues, but I would try to find a power source wire with the same amperage rating, run a bypass jumper from a known good voltage source and see if the light changes. If no change, your problem may be the harness or plug at the rear of the headlight bulb.

check right side fuse for right side head lights

Make sure you are fitting the correct bulb.And check your brake light fuse on some cars they have a seperate fuse left and right.

At least one head light is out.

Look for stainless steel clips above the lamp assembly in the support frame around the radiator and grill. Lift these clips straight up to allow the lamp to tilt forward letting you reach behind it to un-clip the pigtail and turn the retainer ring counter clockwise. Pull the bulb straight out the rear of the lamp assembly, keep bare fingers and dirt off the new bulb glass and reverse the order of dis-assembly.
