What parts do you recommend for a fault on my Hyundai Tucson which has developed faults?
Fuel Pressure too low - Code P1186
Fuel Supply too low - Code P0087
ETS Valve Stuck close#2 - Code P2112
The car does not pull when driving. The car stops when driving and have to restart again to move. Smoke comes out of the exhaust too much too
according to eHow, you can access the filter relatively easily. (although the pic is an illustration of something not really related to this ~ why they showing a fuel petcock that's not even on your car?)
"Possible causes:
- Throttle Body Plate Binding
- Faulty Throttle Actuator
- Throttle Actuator harness is open or shorted
- Throttle Actuator circuit poor electrical connection"
older models we had the gas pedal attached to a cable to move the butterfly valve on the throttle body. Now it's this newer drive-by-wire stuff... remove air intake hose and check / clean / move the throttle body valve by hand first to see if it's binding or not
then, go from there on testing the actuator and tps

Here are the fault codes you provided for a 2015 International 4700 with a Cummins 6.7 engine:
1. Fault Code 4094: This fault code refers to "Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) Catalyst Conversion Efficiency - Data Valid but Below Normal Operating Range - Moderately Severe Level." It indicates an issue with the SCR system's efficiency. This could be caused by a malfunctioning SCR catalyst, a faulty sensor, or an exhaust leak. Professional diagnosis and repair are recommended to address this fault.
2. Fault Code 1569: This code indicates "Crankcase Breather Filter Restriction - Condition Exists." It means there is a restriction in the crankcase breather filter. Check the breather filter and replace it if necessary. Cleaning or replacing the crankcase breather assembly might also be required.
3. Fault Code 1552: This fault code refers to "Fuel Rail Pressure Too Low - Moderate Severity." It suggests that the fuel rail pressure is lower than the expected range. Potential causes could include a clogged fuel filter, a faulty fuel pump, a fuel pressure sensor issue, or a problem with the fuel injectors. A thorough inspection and diagnostic testing should be performed to identify the exact cause and resolve the issue.
4. Fault Code 597: This code indicates "Injector Power Supply - Bad Intelligent Device or Component." It means there is a problem with the injector power supply. Possible causes include a faulty injector, a wiring issue, or a problem with the engine control module (ECM). A professional diagnosis is necessary to determine the precise cause and undertake appropriate repairs.
5. Fault Code 790: This fault code refers to "Engine Overspeed Warning - Critical Level." It indicates that the engine speed has exceeded the recommended maximum limit. This can occur due to driver error, a faulty sensor, or a malfunctioning ECM. It is crucial to investigate the cause of the overspeed condition and rectify it promptly to prevent engine damage.
Please note that these fault codes provide a general indication of the potential issues, but a comprehensive diagnosis by a qualified technician with access to the appropriate diagnostic tools is necessary for accurate identification and repair.
the cause of the heavy black smoke is un-burnt fuel. is from excessive fuel pressure, faulty injectors, ignition timing out. If it is a turbo operation then the turbo is not producing the correct boost for the fuel settings . Check turbo for vane actuation . low power comes from overfuelling, low air flow. run the fault codes to see which sensors are out of parameter.

On many diesels, when I read codes they mention an egr valve, but what they are really talking about is the throttle actuator. What I don't understand is why you no longer have any codes. there are some codes which do not turn on the light on the dash because the computer hasn't decided yet that it is a hard code, so check for them anyway. The symptoms you are describing usually turn out to be either the throttle actuator, fuel rail pressure regulator, or a ripped turbo hose
there have three factors may be cause the problem, 1.The filter is a source for low fuel pressure, because it is stoped up or is cloged. 2. The fuel pressure regulator is another. 3. The pump itself. Tech 2 software
Dear sir , Hyundai verna fault code p1186 we check found warring and couplers was ok and we replace injector and fuel rail problem was not resolved, cold starting engine vavrection and rpm stack and white smoke and hot conduction normal but rung conduction engine vavrection and missing no accelerator is working please suggest
CODE PO442 - EVAPORATIVE EMISSION EVAP SYSTEM SMALL LEAK DETECTED. POSSIBLE CAUSES, FUEL FILLER CAP IS LOOSE CROSS THREADED DAMAGED OR WRONG PART, FUEL TANK FUEL FILLER NECK OR FUEL SENDING UNIT O - RING IS LEAKING, FUEL TANK VAPOR LINES IS CLOGGED DAMAGED OR DISCONNECTED, FUEL TANK PRESSURE SENSOR LOW REFERENCE CIRCUIT IS OPEN, FUEL TANK PRESSURE SENSOR IS DAMAGED OR IT HAS FAILED, EVAP CHARCOAL CANISTER IS CLOGGED OR LOADED WITH FUEL OR WATER, EVAP PURGE OR EVAP VENT VALVE IS DAMAGED OR HAS FAILED, ECM FAILED.
