How do I brake it lose I tried with a hammer no good. What can I do to get it off?
The new rotors nowadays are made with inferior Chinese materials which is why they're available so cheaply. They rust and corrode far sooner than they used to. I agree with the method of penetrating oil and a few (or more) good solid whacks with a hammer. You'll either break it or it'll come off eventually."GIV'R"

Use the oil and give it some hard hits close to the outer edge of the rotor all the way around. This worked for me. The reason this works is because it breaks the bond of the metals by leverage. Let's say keep hitting the bottom eventually the top will kick out
I agree with spraying it with something like pb blaster. Then use a 2lb hammer and hit between the studs. I know it sounds wrong because you are hitting opposite the direction you want the rotor to go but trust me it will bounce back. Once it moves some you can start tapping it from the back side.
