Check your wiring. I know that these trucks have that problem mainly with the passenger side but I'm sure it could happen to the driver side as well. See what happens is they run the wiring through the door near the hinges and when you open/shut your door it wears the wiring causing it to short. My passenger side doesn't work with the passenger controls but will work on the master controls. I will be fixing mine here shortly.

I have a 2004 dodge ram 2500, the passenger window switches don't work

Not uncommon, the master window switch on the driver's door goes wonky. Mine had same problem (2003 1500 4.7L long cab) and simply replacing the master switch fixed both bad passenger switch intermittent problems. Easy swap, cheap at the dealer.

2004 four door ram 1500 windows only row down from master switch. some days work. most of time not

Check for a broken wire(s) inside of the weather boot that runs between the drivers side door and the body of the vehicle, and also for a broken wire at the wire connector to the master window switch on the drivers side door. Any broken wires that are found should be soldered back together well and do not use wire connectors. If you need to lengthen a wire be sure to use the same gauge wire as the one that you are trying to repair.

Right side back window, electric, will roll down but will not go up from either main switch or aux. located at the door.

The main switch could be bad,the door that the window is not coming up on,(button)has to go threw the master switch,if the master switch is bad,the other switch on the door will not work either. Now the motor could be bad, going down is easier for the motor than going up.

Power window problem on 1500 dodge ram

Check wire loom coming through to door at hinge end of the door from pillar, and see if you have power going that far to switch. Not uncommon to find a worn, cracked, or broken wire in that loom where it bends constantly with opening & closing door.

Power windows will not roll down or up

If your other switches don't work, and the master is not locked, you need a new master as it is keeping the others from working.

2004 ram 3500 window will not go up.

I would look at the switch, did you check just the drivers switch only? Check the switch at the door also. If it goes down, then the motor is good and the switches just reverse the polarity.
