There are some images and a video, but normally you use a socket set with lots of universal joints. Or lift the engine, remove the mounts, then drop the engine and lift the body.

When calling to inquire or order - tell them the year, make, model (S, SL, SV, LE, SE, XE, etc.) Cab type (crew, extended, etc.) before paying. Have a look at the link below.
Go to a different dealer. The dealer should know what is wrong with the vehicle by the codes. Don't let them keep guessing what is wrong and having you replace random parts.
the tow rating will either be in the owners manaul or can also be found on the main vehicl vin chassis plate wher it will give you individual axle weights and the vehicle " train weight this is the gross vehicle wheight plus the trailer wheight combined.
check all the tire pressures first.... then drive it for the next 10-15 miles to reset it.... it worked in my frontier ... I had the same problem as well
