should be a dimmer switch wheel by the steering wheel kick panel

under hood fues/relay box fuse #6 10 amp.

if its a power window, have a close listen to see if you can here a slight clicking noise as if something is trying to work, as you push the window switch from up to down position if you do that means power is trying to get down to the motor and that means there is a good chance that your power window motor might have kicked the bucket. if thats not it might be a wireing problem..when you open your door you can see a black rubber plug going from your door frame to your door, try wiggleing that plug.

Under hood fuse box, fuse 23, 15amp, red/black wire. Check the dimmer switch to make sure it is not off.

10 amp fuse No. 5, middle of the 2nd row from the bottom in the under dash fuse box.
