If you had been using the A/C it will be water draining from the evaporator core air box.
Haven't been using the A/C. What else could it be?
Could be the heater hoses leaking. If it was these your coolant level would be dropping.
True, but my coolant levels have not dropped. Any other possibilities?
The only other water under the bonnet is the windscreen washer water. Condensation could collect in the vent cavity in front of the windscreen and then only drain after the car has be moved.

Windshield seal may be leaking. Find leak repair with clear silicon caulk may work.

might be a freeze plug leaking, or heater hose. there are three freeze plugs on each side of engine and two in back of engine. most likely if any of them are leaking, it will be the one behind the starter on the far right rear of engine block. they have also been known to leak around the front and rear of intake, where intake, head, and block meet.

It is either condensation water from the A/C unit that should go out a drain tube to the outside (only if A/C or Defrost is on) or a leaky heater core. If it is a heater core you can usually smell a coolant smell and the water will be warm and your windows will fog up inside. Heater core is more common. Joe ASE Master Tech

Drain clogged under ac core, The drain is on the firewall behind ac evaporator cylinder. Use a long wire tie to unclog it.
PS, water, not antifreeze. Meaning it doesn't mean to be replaced.
