Air on my 1998 s70 is warm air out of vents with ac on.but lines under hood and evap ice cold why

try rechecking the blend door actuator and its connections, fuse, etc. also if your AC system is overcharged it will blow warm air.

the heater vacuum motor and lines needs to be checked.Also get the blend door checked.

NO HEAT ON FLOOR VENTS

The code means the computer tried to vent the gas tank and found a huge leak in the vent system. Issue could be a faulty gas cap, leaking gasket on the gas tank, or broken line from the tank to the vapor canister.

This is likely a air temp control door problem (called the blend door), to replace the part requires the dash be removed from the car, so no it is not a do it yourself job for most owners.

The drain on the evaporator is stopped up,look for it directly bellow the ac lines ,where they go into the car,under the hood,it will be on the bottom of the blower box,use air pressure to blow into the drain to clear it out.

the dampers in your vent system are probably vaccuum controlled. look for a broken vac line under the dash or under the hood where the evaporator is.

does the AC compressor run under the hood? if not u have lost the charge out of the system and u have a leak..

look for a broken plastic vacuum line under hood, vacuum is what controls the heater controls inside the car

Inspect all of the vacuum lines in the AC system under the hood. If one of these lines is cracked or broken the AC system will not be able to switch the vents over.
