2000 jeep anti theft will not stay running

If you have a "Chipped" key there is a work around, a box with wire leads that when you put your key in it and wire it in tell will tell the computer to dissarm the theft system. Places that sell remote start devices sell them and can install them, they are also on the web. This does defeat the anti-theft which means any key will start the vehicle making it easier to steal your Jeep

sounds like the anti theft system is activated , proberly cuts the power to the fuel or ignition follow this link for reset procedure

Most anti-theft systems disable the engine electronically try using a code reader this might give you the fault code which prevents your engine from running

sounds alot the the pcm it controls the fuel pump and ign system but the anti theft would keep it from starting because the key has a transponder in it programmed for that vehicle and that would kill all ign if triggered

Seems like an anti theft module problem. You should have it scanned and get a code. some stores do it for free.Such as auto Zone.
