If you are reffering to the fuel tank sending unit, the fuel tank will have to be removed for access. Once removed, you can remove the sending unit by removing the lock ring securing it to the tank. Depending on rust/corrossion, the lock ring may require some patience to remove. Once the ring is removed the unit pull right out of the tank

SOURCE: 85 olds delta 88 blows cold air from heater

If your coolant is full, and the car is not overheating, it's probably not your thermostat, but you might want to make sure. Look on the heater hoses running to the heater core - there should be a solenoid valve in the supply one (I think it's a vacum solenoid). That ****** is probably toast.... I believe it's meant to shut the coolant flow off when the aircon comes on. You can either whack it, replace it, or, if the aircon doesn't work anymore, remove it and put a coupling in there.... if it's not that, then your heater core is probably plugged.

Hope this helps :)

How much does it cost to replace a fuel line from the tank to the front of a 1989 delta 88

$300 to 400 as long as sending unit on tank is not all rotted out! I'm sure people will give you a lower price but it requiers you to drop tank and it turns into a mess!

Which fuse is for the fuel pump on a 89olds delta 88

The fuel pump fuse is under the glove box inside the car.
Why is it blowing is the $100 question!
Here's a good one from left field- Check the Oil Pressure sending unit before going for the in tank pump.
They share the same power (fuse)
Go figure!

85 88 royale. Last summer replaced 1 of the valve

She should still have some life left in her. The water pump isn't too hard to replace, really no special tools needed. When motors get around that mileage, they will use some oil and have some leaks. As the engine wears, blow by developes and will cause gaskets to leak. I would also check the PCV valve.
