More here, but the TCM is not something you say "I think I'll put a new one in my car". You need an auto electrician or a transmission specialist to connect a scan tool computer and diagnose. The issue is more likely shift solenoids than the TCM.
The TCM is located behind the trim panel, below and to the left of your steering column. If you have a factory amplifier, the TCM is the black box to the right of the amp.

From what I gather from this video, it is a combined module ECM/TCM sharing the same box ECM on left and TCM on the right. There is a diagram showing it as well.
