Take it to a ASE certified repair facility ,they'll fix it up ! Don't just replace parts !!!!!

P0171 - is a lean code bank 1 -possible vacuum leak , low fuel pressure , plugged fuel filter ,
P0300 - is a random misfire code which is understandable with a lean code .
P0420 As the code description implies the P0420 code means that the vehicle's control module has detected that the three-way catalytic converter is not working properly (is not as efficient as the factory is expecting). Replacing the oxygen (O2) sensors may sometimes fix the code, but in most cases the catalytic convert needs to be replaced to fix the problem. If the P0420 code is combined with other codes, try fixing the other codes first
P0452 - EVAP Control System Pressure Sensor Low Input
P0446 - Evaporative Emission Vent System Performance
P0453 - Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Circuit High Voltage
P1639 - PCM 5 Volt Reference Voltage Circuit Condition
P1653 - Power Steering Output Circuit Malfunction
P1651 - Fan 1 Relay Control Circuit
If you don't know what your doing take it to a repair shop before you waste your money ! You have a lot of problems here an I don't think the computer is bad , I'd say lack of maintenance ! You need to learn how to test thing's to fix them ! From the five volt reference voltage code , I'd say one of your sensors is shorted internally bring down the ref. voltage circuit causing the no start, but then again the 5volt ref. circuit in the PCM could be the problem . What you need to do is Disconnect all sensors that receive 5volt ref. signal one at a time an see if it will start . If I knew what year vehicle yours is I could tell you what sensors ! MAP, TPS , etc...

The powertrain control module (PCM) uses the 5-volt reference B circuit as a sensor feed for the A/C refrigerant pressure sensor and the fuel tank pressure (FTP) sensor. The PCM monitors the voltage on the 5-volt reference B circuit. If the voltage is out of tolerance, the PCM will set DTC P1639.

97 cougar starts but wont stay running shut s right off

Can be many things. Should have generated a "check engine" light. Which it may have but dies too soon for you to notice.

Check your fuelpump pressure at the fuelrail test tap. Gauges may be available at Autozones' tool loaner program. If you have residual pressure, then an electrical problem exists. For starters, the fuelpump relay may be bad.

Ford uses a 2 computer system in some models. A starting circuit gets the engine going and then after 10-15 seconds the main computer takes over. The second computer could be bad and fails everytime the transfer of operation takes place.

Sometimes the O2 sensors do not provide the feedback the engine controls need to adjust the engine for running. The parts work for the cold start, but when warm, they fail to provide the info the components need to adjust everything and the engine just dies.

The fuelpump could be failing once the initial start is over or the relay is kicking out. That is why measuring residual pressure is important.

2002 grand am keep stoping with my child but when i get there it will start have did it about 4 time. i change fuel filter. but still dose the same thing.

Start by having the computer scanned for codes, there may be a stored code that will help you locate the problem. if there are no codes then you will need to drive the car until it die then check for spark and fuel to see what it looses, this could be a fuelpump or an ignition module that heats up and dies, these are the hard one because they die every so often,
