I can't find my kill switch on my expedition 2003

It is a known issue when you change the brake light switch. It says in the link it has to be reset.

As the Expedition did not come with a factory kill switch, theres no reference for it on the Ford wiring diagram. Being user installed the only way to determine exactly what was done is to start at the switch and follow the wire into the engine compartment and see how it was wired
And then determine how to disconnect it.

No such item on that vehicle

Fuel Safety Shut Off Switch only opens
in an accident not from a battery install

there is a fuel pump switch on it. I think it is under the carpet in the center of the dash I think. if not on the right side under the dash.

Where is the fuel pump relay (#303) located in a 2003 Ford expedition. schematic shows the relay but the vehilce component locator nor the dealer have any information and/or knowledge of where the relay is.

There could be many issues. These codes read your engine is running too lean. Check : all your vacuum hoses for leaks, PCV valve and hose, MAF sensor. This may require an experienced technician to figure this out. Hopefully I help'd!!

after downloading go to page number 231 where you get the fuse box diagram
fuse for the radio is #7 in the fuse box diagram

it works completely

if they are supposed to its because there is a issue with the electronic eye that tells them when to engage. kill switch engage.

Could be a fuse or the eye could be covered in dirt. wash yer car.
