Try reading the OBDII with a code reader and see what it is then erase codes and see if it stays off ,could be more than one circuit on this fuse so the fuse blowing has thrown the light on for whatever reason ,Also try disconnecting the battery just out of interest for a few minutes and reconnect it might go out if your lucky
COULD INSTALL AIR FILTER IN WRONG OR LEFT SOME THING ELECTRICAL DISCONNECTED AFTER INSTALLING NEW AIR FILTER. COULD NEED SCANNER TO ERASE CODE AFTER REPLACING AIR FILTER.

remove engine plastic covers by taking out the 5mm allen key bolts,, then remove the pollen filter and cover on the bulkhead, under the filter there are 4 , 30torx bolts , remove these and remove plastic bulkhead, then remove the 5mm allen key bolts holding the air filter cover to the engine, then remove the cover , change filter ,
