I checked my fuses half didnt show current so i replaced them and still nothing
{this comments merge your question with those from [Anonymous on Jul 15, 2015] with the gas pedal issue, so please regard them in that light ... }
After verifying fuses, & voltage supply to the fuse box, e.g. voltage present from one side or the other to ground (i.e. chasis/body Metal) ... note; some fuses Not supplied w/ nominally 12Vdc (13.2 to 14.4 Vdc when alternator is charging) ...
Validate 'Pressence of', or 'Supply to' fuse pannel (individual fuses) first (?check varrious 'Key' possitions first ....
{$3.99 voltage meter from 'Harbor Freight' etc. ; pos.red test lead into where (each) fuse has been removed from, and neg./black test lead to chasis ground. Should show ~12V dc. on 20volt display scale.}
notice if a pattern or grouping of those Not Functioning and/or Intermittently shutting/blinking OFF,
I suspect that your accelerator Peddal, and/or it's linkages up under the dash may sometimes be yanking on / moving Perhaps either a wire supplying 'part' of your fuse pannel, or conversly; tugging at a wire-harness or Most likely a group of 'Grounding' wires associated with Part of your instrument cluster ....
I hope this helps. other possibilities may get realy complex if they involve computer control modules etc.
1) find if voltage is pressent first.
2) seek out what may be interupting it's incoming supply, or it's outgoing 'completion' of circuit {usually} to 'Ground' ... e.g. from Batt. to key, to fuse, to device(i.e. fuel gage, temp. sensor, etc.); returning back to Instrument Cluster, and eventually on to Ground .... somewhere, which eventually goes back to the Negative terminal of the car's Battery. ...
modules, relays, wiring-harnesses, harness connectors, displays, controls, and computers all have a place somewhere In There; between the Pos. and Neg. terminals of a car's Batt. ...

Have you checked the fuses?
I had a similar problem with a 2001 Saturn. We checked every fuse and they were all fine. We finally did a 'reset' on the car's computer by disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it a few minutes later. Everything was back to normal after that.

The computer does a sweep test everytime it senses power. Check it next time you turn the key to run the gages do a little self test. However the fuse and gage won't be your problem. They are very bad for the fuel level sensor in the tank getting corrupted or dirty and doesn't read properly. You can try to add port fuel injector cleaner to the tank, but problem will usually reoccur. You will need the fuel tank dropped and the level sensor replaced.
I would sugest when the temp gauge goes up you are actually earthing the wire for the temp guage. I think you have entered the wrong harness for the wires & you have connected the radio to your guages. Remove radio & reconnect wires where they were before.
could possibly be the fuel sensor sending unit. might have been damaged during the fuel pump replacement.
