03 Lincoln what ? Does it have spark at the plug wires ? Sounds like you need a new mechanic ! Did he do a fuel pressure test ? Are any lights , theft indicator ?

A navigator yes i have spark plug wires and for sure im getting a new mechanic lol! There is not any lights that i can see but car doesnt turn on if i put the engnition to on will lights show?
He did do the fuel pressure check after he put my fuel pump it would turn on then shut off he wanted to put my fuel reset button direct he messed with wires and said it wasnt that now hes saying its an eletrical problem everything works in my car (eletrical wise)
Yes , your dash lights should light up if the key is turned to the on position , check engine ,abs , brake light etc.. an go off after a few seconds ! You mite have a bad power relay in the under hood fuse box !The power relay powers up a few different systems on the vehicle !

probaly a fuel pump its common for vehicles to do that the best thing to do next is a fuel pressure check to verifiy its the pump

You should have a fuse & a relay. Check # 11 fuse it should be 15 amp.& may be for your fuel pump. Do you have owners manual by chance, or does cover of fuses have label?

Check the load reduction relay. I had this happen twice and repaired twice on my TDI mk IV. It throws no codes and almost has to be witnessed by a mechanic to be believed.
