I was listening to music for a long time until the battery died and the alarm came on automatically. I shut and locked all the doors and the alarm switched off. It unlocks the doors but as soon as I open them the alarm goes off and as soon as I try to switch the engine on the alarm sound changes. The "alarm set" button is always on and I have no clue how to turn it off. I tried with fob, unlocking different doors but alarm still won't turn off.

the other locks work correctly.
quick fix is to clean the contacts that the door makes when you close it. there are contacts on the door pillar (probably look like little copper circles) on the door itself there will be some spring loaded contacts... make sure they work freely and are clean.

if it is a aftermarket alarm, get rid of the alarm, or unlock and lock door w/ key am alarms are a problem when they go awry

you need to take it to the dealer and have them check the bcm for codes.... also have them check to be sure you have the latest software in the bcm.. its possible that you just need a software update... there are several TSB's covering the concern you have..... it can be a very simple fix with software or even a stuck lock switch may need to be replaced... without the proper diagnostic codes being read from the bcm all that can be done is guessing..and that can be expensive...

In the engine copartment there is a fuse/relay box. Check the rel;ay for power door locks, It should click when you push the door lock remorte button or the door switch. If it doesnt replace that relay. If it does click then the issue could be with the computer in which it would need to be whats called "flash programming". This is basically a software update much like when you computer does all that software update stuff itself. For the flash update that will need to be done at the dealership.

All the way from Aug 2015. I hope your problem has been solved. As a rule when the battery is low the factory alarm system thinks the vehicle is being stolen.therefor as log as the battery is low the alarm will not reset.the way to go about this is to disconnect the battery and charge it on a trickle charge until fully charged.(the amp indicator on the charger should read zero or as close to as can be) Then reconnect the battery, the alarm will sound off. Using the key at the drivers door lock and unlock the door and the alarm should reset. If it does not take the battery to a reputable shop and have them load test it.They will most likely want/need to put it on charge for a while. If the battery fails the load test (9.6 V or lower) replace the battery with a new one. As there is a minimum voltage requirement for the on board computer (power train system) to function properly.
