This code means there is low voltage in either the ECM or in the speed sensor. The speed sensor is the cheaper of the 2 but it could have a dirty connector and WD40 may clean it. Electrical cleaner is better.

I found a start-up flaw in the Ford Fiesta, when I occasionally tried to start the car quickly, and... ... this happened. I had them either fail to fully turn over, or other CPU-based starters wouldstart up the vehicle. ..... Ford Fiesta 2004 Lx 1.4 petrol mk6 won't start help ! ... 2012 Ford Fiesta Zetec 1.6 TI-VCT. engine cutting out is a sensor probably the timing sensor. needs replacing. as for braking would think you have a leak in the air line. even with the engine not funning you should be able to apply the brakes upto 3 times.. think this model is not fitted with abs like my sisters. when engine is running rev upto 3000 rev's if it starts to judder. also listen for hissing sound, if you find one repair it. most problems are down to a leaking air line.
U HAVE TO CHECK IF U HAVE BUILT UP OIL IN THE THROTTLE BODY BUT UR BREAKS R ANTILOCK BREAKS AND I AM SURE UR BREAKES WILL WORK IF THE CAR IS ON U HAVE BUT REMEMBER TO CHECK UR COILS
