my wild guess(context not stated)
you scanned the car. and get DTCs unstated, and the fact that the FSM book mentions EATX like 100 of times. ? for transmission? more times really.
and there are 2 transmissions, too....
not stated. either...

to answer the locations question, open chapter 8w,
its all there..
page 10 to 12 cover boxes JB or PDC.

the operators guide has fuse boxes. lost that.
and the FSM , too, to the 9th degree..

Looking for location of my cooling fan relay on a 2002 chrysler voyager already looked between radiator and nothing there

On a 2002 Chrysler Voyager, the cooling fan relay is located in the Power Distribution Center (PDC) under the hood. The PDC is a black box located on the driver's side of the engine compartment, near the battery. Here's how you can locate and identify the cooling fan relay:
  1. Open the hood of your Chrysler Voyager and locate the PDC.
  2. Open the cover of the PDC by pulling up on the latch on the front of the cover.
  3. Look at the underside of the PDC cover for a diagram that shows the location and function of each relay and fuse.
  4. Locate the cooling fan relay on the diagram. It should be labeled "FAN RELAY" or something similar.
  5. Check the corresponding location in the PDC to confirm that the cooling fan relay is installed in that position.
If you are still having trouble locating the cooling fan relay or identifying which relay it is, you may want to consult your vehicle's owner's manual or contact a mechanic or dealership for assistance.

My blower motor fan quit working completely all at once.

In the power distribution panel (located in the engine compartment) are the main fuses and relays. When you pull off the cover, there is a diagram schematic identifying each one of them. Should you remove the relays out of the power distribution panel, be aware of their orientation before removing them so that you can put them back in the same location of orientation; since some relays have double terminal blocks that serve two distinct circuit components that are rated specifically to that circuit.

One side of the terminal block could be good while the other defective.

Or the relay could be sitting loosely in the terminal block; try wiggling or re-seating it.

Check the fuses and relays in the under dash fuse panel; the cover to this fuse panel will have a diagram identifying each fuse and relay and what component it controls.

In the absence of any diagram on either covers, consult with the owner's manual that came with your car...it will have a detailed picture identifying the fuses and relays in the PDP and Fuse panel.

If everything checks ok, then you'll have to check the switch that controls fan speed, the motor resistor block, and the fan itself

I need the fuse box diagram for a 2004 325xi bmw

2004 BMW 325XI AWD 2.5L EFI DOHC 6cyl

Fusible links are often identified by the color coding of the insulation. Refer to the accompanying illustration for wire link size and color.

Circuit Breakers - Resetting & Replacement
Circuit breakers are located inside the fuse panel. They are automatically reset when the problem corrects itself, is repaired, or the circuit cools down to allow operation again.

Fuses Replacement
Use the provided plastic fuse puller located in the fuse panel to remove fuses. The upper lid of the fuse panel has a diagram of the fuse locations and amperage ratings for each circuit. The fuse is removed by simply pulling upward on the fuse with the removal tool.

The fuses are easily checked by visual inspection. With the ignition switch OFF pull the fuse out of the holder. Check the fuse filament. It should be continuous and not broken. If the filament is broken, replace the fuse with one of the same amperage rating.

The fuse and relay box on the E30 and E36 models is located in the engine compartment. The E36 models also has relay boxes located under the left side of the dashboard.

The diagram is in section 610 of the Bentley Manual. Some have downloaded it through a link provided here: http://www.bimmerwerkz.com/forum/3-s...4-a-50762.html

Good luck.
