Left turn signal goes off right turn flashes fast when I turn on head light on 2004 Chevy express 1500

Do you know what a DVOM - digital volt ohmmeter is ? How to use wiring diagrams to test electrical circuits with DVOM? Do you know how the turn signals work ? What controls them ? More then likely it's a problem with turn/hazard flasher module.

Turn Signal/Hazard Lamps
The IGN E 10 A fuse in the underhood fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the turn signal switch assembly. Ground for the hazard switch is from G302. The FLASHER 15 A fuse in the underhood fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the turn/hazard flasher module. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, a voltage signal is completed from the turn signal switch to the turn/hazard flasher module. When the hazard flasher switch is activated, a ground signal is completed from the hazard switch to the turn/hazard flasher module. The turn/hazard flasher module then sends an on-off voltage signal to the appropriate turn signal lamps, or to all turn signal lamps for hazard operation through these fuses:

The hazard back lights wont quit blinking when car is running even when i pull the fuse on a 2002 buick regal

What fuse are you pulling ?

Hazard Lamps
The hazard warning switch is part of the turn signal switch. The turn signal switch receives battery voltage at all times through the HAZARD SWITCH Fuse. When the hazard switch is placed in the HAZARD position, battery voltage is applied to the hazard lamp/turn signal lamp flasher. The hazard lamp/turn signal lamp flasher sends a turn signal flasher signal to the turn signal switch. The turn signal switch provides all of the turn lamps and turn indicators with the turn signal flasher signal, simultaneously flashing them on and off.

Turn Signal Lamps
The front turn signal lamps are made up of the front park/turn signal lamps and rear turn signal lamps. The front turn signal lamps flash with the rear turn signal lamps when a turn is initiated using the turn signal/multifunction lever. The turn signals will operate only with the ignition switch in the RUN position and will not operate during hazard flasher operation.
When the ignition is turned to the RUN position, battery voltage is supplied to the TURN SIGNAL Fuse. Battery voltage is then applied through the turn signal fuse circuit to the turn signal switch. When the turn signal switch is placed in the LH or RH position, voltage is supplied to the hazard lamp/turn signal lamp flasher. The hazard lamp/turn signal lamp flasher supplies a turn signal flasher signal to the turn signal switch. With the turn signal switch in the LH or RH position the corresponding turn signal indicator, rear turn signal, and front turn signal receive the turn signal switch signal and will flash. The front turn signals receive the turn signal switch signal from the turn signal switch via the BCM. The turn lamps are permanently grounded.

Replace the turn signal switch. Refer to Multifunction, Turn Signal, and Hazard Switch Replacement - On Vehicle in Steering Wheel and Column - Tilt.

I can't find the turn signal flashers on my 99 Olds delta 88 but I did find the emergency flasher. Does it have one or two flashers because my signal light are not working at all HELP PLEASE!!

One flasher only. Check fuses first. Then suspect the flasher as a possibility. I have seen the hazard switch cause the turn signals to malfunction. Try pressing the hazard button in. If they work and flash as hazards you know the bulbs and flasher are ok. If the turn signals then work you have a defective multifunction switch (the hazard/turn signal/etc switch)

Turn signals were working...but blinking fast. now they don't work at all...replaced fuse in side panel near door and still nothing. Everything else works..headlights, wipers, hazards..what gives?

you have a separate flasher for the turn signals.this is what your problem sounds like.if all your lights are working including the signal indicator on the dash then it will be the signal flasher.if you turn on the hazard flashers and locate it under the dash, this will show you what the turn signal flasher will look like.then you will have to look for the flasher unit on the fuse panel that looks like the hazard flasher.replace the turn signal flasher and you will have your signal flashers again

Blinkers in a 1987 chevy camaro not working inside or out. what might the problem be?

Have you checked the signal light flasher?
You have one for the hazard flashers and one for the turn signals.
Try the hazard flashers.
If they work....switch that flasher with the signal flasher....(they should be interchangeable).
Follow the clicking sound to find the hazard (working ) flasher.
(It just pulls out )
To find the non working signal light flasher....just look for another flasher under the dash that looks very much like the hazard flasher.
Now try the signal lights again with the different flasher installed....do they work now?

Haz flashers wont work but blinkers do

There are 2 seperate flashers 1 for turn signals and 1 for hazard. The hazard flasher is located in the convenance center the turn flasher in the fuse box. Also seperate fuse's for each. One battery circuit for hazard Ignition for turn signals.Check fuse for hazard,if good try swapping in the turn signal flasher and see if hazards work. They use the same flasher unit.
