Check for corrosion on the negative cable (the black one) where it goes down off the battery and toward the engine ground, should be a really thick wire. Check for any green powdery (corroded copper) stuff or blistered insulation on the black cable.
you could try to use a jumper cable connected just the black cable to the ground (black) terminal on the battery to a good clean metal part of the engine, on the other side of the jumper cable. if the vehicle starts after doing this, you need to replace or repair that cable. could also be a starter problem, it all depends on your symptom. a video with sound would really help

Further test showed that the interior (dome) and exterior light
flickered only while driving. The problem was that the battery rack is
broken. The battery negative terminal connect to the motor (OK) but
also to the frame of the car through the battery rack. Since that rack
is broken, the grounding of the car was intermittent. Whenever I
shifted, it made the motor move in relation to the frame of the car, so
that's why is caused all the light to turn on in the dash.

on a similar problem i had occured it is the theft lock that GM uses. You have to put the key in the ignition turn to ACC wait ten minutes and turn it off. You MUST do this three times and then the theft lock will turn off. Once that is out of the way it SHOULD start.

are you using a copied key? this is a common problem with aftermarket keys. your dealer can make you one from the vin if you do not have an original.
