Clicking noises when turning the steering wheel inside the car is usually due a couple of things, The automatic return of the signal actuator is done by a little cam on the steering wheel and stalk flips back and the clicking should stop. The other major reason is the plastic parts that surrounds the wheel fittings like the signal stalk. They are not serious. If you are hearing clicks from the engine compartment then you should have your steering mechanisms checked, could be serious.
hope this helps - kiri

2006 pt cruiser making scraping noise when wheel turning to the right

is it a scraping noise or a clicking noise. a scraping noise could indicate a brake noise when turning have the brakes checked in the front. if its a clicking noise only when turning to the right then you may have a bad cv joint on the right half shaft. replace the half shaft assembly.

Clicking noise from transmission when taking right turn or sitting with driver side down hill

could be the steering box or gear... check there for the noise. You really can't tell where noise comes from from inside a car. They can be very transient

My vehicle makes noises when i accelerate

98% sure you have an axle problem. Might be wheel bearings depending on the sound. Bad axles will make a loud clicking noise, (click click click in rapid succession, espically while turning or under accleration) while wheel bearings will make a growling sounds.

take a visual look under the car if anything loose. Any lights coming on? ARE left and right signals ok- sometime they make clicking noise.

My car makes a clicking noise from the right tire when turning either direction

It could probably be your passenger CV Axle that needs to be replaced. They tend to make a loud/soft clicking noise if they go out.

Clicking noise when turning avalance

A clicking noise when turning is usually CV joints. If it just clicking the car is probably ok to drive still there may also be minor vibration - if the noise starts to sound more like a grind or the car feels unsafe with vibration or handling then park it till you get it repaired. The repairs are not OMG expensive but they are not cheap probably around $600 each side as a real rough guide.

Clicking noise when turning right on a nissan note

I would check the wheel bearings on the left side first. Just for a dummy check make sure that the cowlings to the wheel wells have not fallen down and rubbing on something. They have plastic tabs that sometimes break and leave something hanging.

Loud clicking noise when 4wd is engaged on left wheel when turnin

Check your cv (constant velocity joint) , It may have a big clearance which is the source of the noise when turning left or right and when 4wd is engage. Juts like front wheel drive cars, if the cv joint is with clearance it will tend to sound in the left or right turns. It is not exactly clicking sound , nmore like knocking sound , low in pitch, but not heavy.
