If you are in Limp Mode, the scan tool will tell you why?
If the battery light is flashing on and off, you have a battery issue, a wiring issue or you have an alternator charging issue.
All your faults can be diagnosed cheaply by an auto electrician using a Professional Grade Scan Tool COMPUTER. This is not a normal $125 scan tool. They cost between $3.5k and $5,000. Employing an electrician in far cheaper than guessing parts to swap out, test always, then replace.
You MUST READ the error codes to learn which detected fault is causing the 'limp home' mode. Try PepBoys or Auto Zone etc free Scan to read the codes. May require DEALER diagnostic computer to reset/clear the error code(s) and/or repairs. Good Luck, it may be trivial loose connector or may be mega-buck disaster
Check the wiring to the throttle body, check the supply voltages as well. Check fuses too, it sounds like it received a voltage spike and then lost voltage and is now forcing limited rpm.
if all the codes are for the TPS i would just change it out it is a fairly cheap part usually less than 50$ and easily replaced. then use the OBDII reader to clear the codes.
all those codes you have posted are related to the throttle and sensors it sounds like you have water in the wiring etc in this part of the truck, does it run ok? if so i would run it for 15 to 30mins reset all codes and try agen it might dry its self out in a few days
