The best thing is to fix it properly. There is info all over the web about bypassing the pellet in the key. They use proper resister with a jumper wire across the proper wires, under the dash. It just bypasses the pellet in the key and some wiring in the steering column. If problem is somewhere else in the security system, using that bypass won't work.
There may be some aftermarket remote start systems that may bypass everything, I don't know?
I need vehicle model and engine size, I couldn't find security wiring diagram?
http://newrockies.com/passkey They sell a bypass for your 95 regal factory security system.
On the left side of the site it says. PRO VATS full bypass. Thats the thing you need to bypass the factory security system.
there is no easy way. the problem is most likely the key tumbler failed and a code will indicate this. if it was easy to bypass the security it wouldnt be security.
If you have the chip in the key, this is the method I used for bypassing the entire security system and never heard about it anymore: http://newrockies.ca/vatsbypass
