Location airbag sensors on a 2001 Chevy Venture

Not being too familiar with the Chevy venture apart from being in the vacinity of the radiator somewhere the only other option I would of thought is on the front part of a chassis rail where the bumper bolts to my reason being is that you would not want the airbags to deploy from a slow impact but a more fierce impact when damage could start to crush the front part of the chassis then the airbags would be deployed

Air bag light on no horn 2002 suzuki xl7

Most vehicles have a "clock spring" behind the horn button area on the steering wheel. The clock spring has nothing to do with clocks and inst really a spring. It's a flat coil of wiring that is would around in a circle and connected to a stationary item in the middle of the steering column. The outer end of the coil is allowed to move around (coil and uncoil) as the steering wheel is turned. The clock spring typically supplies power to the horn and to the airbag. This is a relatively simple fix, but unless you have mechanical experience, this is a repair I would leave to a mechanic. Pulling the steering wheel and the airbag can possibly lead to airbag deployment and injure or kill you.

Location of the airbag sensor and control module on ford escort zx2

There is no separate sensor. The airbag module has an inertia sensor that determines if the airbag is deployed. The module is in the center of the dash area, mounted to the floor. You'll have to look behind the heater core box to see it.
