I just bought a 2006 saturn ion 4dr.The power lock at the driver side doesn't work,The power lock for all the other 3 passengers work. When i am using the key fab all the power locks including the driver side works.I interchanged the power lock switch of the passenger door and driver door, still the driver door doesn't work,so its not the switch itself.I am also not able to raise or lower the power window of the rear passenger n rear driver window. But i can do it from the front driver switches.Any help to diagnose the issue is much appreciated.
Thank you

Did you replace the bulb in the passenger side running light/turn signal socket? There are two filaments in that bulb, one for the running light (which you indicate works) and one for the turn signal. If that bulb (filament) is burned out, it will make the turn signal flash faster. I don't know why you were swapping headlights, don't know where the fire box under the hood is, and don't know what a jumper sore is, so can't help you any further. I have a Saturn Ion, and have never found a fire box or jumper sore in it.
Rear Passenger Power Window Operation
The rear passenger power window switches receive battery voltage through the window lockout control circuit if the window lockout function is disabled. Ground for the rear passenger power window motors is supplied through normally closed up and down contacts of both the rear passenger power window switches and the driver power window switch. When the either rear passenger power window switch is placed in the down position, the power window motor down control circuit is switched to 12 volts and is applied to the down side of the rear passenger power window motor. Since the other side of the rear passenger power motor is connected to ground through the normally closed up contacts of both the rear passenger and driver power window switches, the window travels down. By placing the rear passenger power window switch in the up position, the polarity of the power window motor is reversed and the window travels up.
The rear passenger power windows can also be controlled from the driver power window switch.
Did you try pushing the lock out switch on the drivers master switch ?
https://www.autogenius.info/saturn-vue-2001-2004-fuse-box-diagram/
The fuse box diagram above says you have a drivers side relay and passenger side relay. If that is correct you might try change the two relay. If the passenger side does not work after that you know the relay is bad. If the two relay are the same. It also show a relay for all the doors.
Call your nearest automotive body shop and they can tell you. They might even have one on hand, or sell you one at a discounted price. But first make sure you have the VIN.
Did you ever solve this problem with your windows? My 03 Ion 2 is doing the same thing. We think it's a wiring issue. Any suggestions? Thanks, Kristen N!
The fuse box in the 06 ion is under the floor covering on the drivers side seat. Just move the seat all the way to the rear and then starting in the front near the pedals pull up the floor covering which is attached by velcro.

If only the trunk release is not working, did you check to see if the little lever arm switch on the trunk lid at the latch assembly is switched to enable the release? Mine came switched to the 'Off' position when I bought it and it took me a few days to figure that one out.
check the wires going from the driver door into the kick panel there should be a rubber thing around the wires and cut it off and the wires usualy break and loose connection
