A non usa car, so no schematics from me..
next time post country and WIN.
no?
do the internal switchlocks work??????????
each door has a solenoid, (electromagnetic)
if only fob fails, try the other?
if internal fail too.
then.......
checkfuse first. (always)
it can be 4 things, wires, solenoids and fuses
but not internal switches bad if fob and switch internal fails.
both fail, i use voltmeter, always
if one fails to work what can be wrong, (simple)
fusesgood;
1: the 12vdc to the solenoid fails to arrive or is , a bad controller (switch).
ok 12v reaches solenoid,fully.
2: the solenoid is weak or dead, its bad. buy a new one.
3: the linkage is jammed lock >>> to >>>> solenoid.
car cam with 2 fobs to try.
car has 2 ways to open all locks, 3 with 2 fobs
if the internal console controls fail
say so, or all this is just wasted talk.
to confusing?, get it serviced comes to mind.

The problem is with the actuator in the door lock mechanism (located inside the door) on the door or doors that will not respond. . When an actuator fails(which is quite common on older cars with much use) it will need to be replaced.
