It depends on what warranty you are referring to. If you bought it new then yes, another Mitsubishi dealership will honor the manufacturer's warranty. If however, you bought it used from the Subaru dealer then whatever warranty he offered you may be gone. Mitsubishi should still honor their Mfg warranty on the vehicle for the 5 years though. Keep changing the oil, etc. as per the owner's manual to keep the warranty in effect. Good luck.

As not to tell you wrong, I would take it to a quick change oil place, and have them do it this time....they know exactly what it needs, and ask them how many quarts it holds, for your information....

I am a Ford tech and the diff doesn't need to be serviced (new lube) unless it is torn down or it has a leak, however it is my opinion that under heavy usage such as towing it should be serviced at around 60,000.
