No , clean your throttle body , and also that has an electronic throttle body so it may need a re-learn procedure done , however unlikely it needs a relearn i have inly encountered re-learn issues on high end luxury cars
Look up the Platform letter of the car, any other Saturn that uses the same Platform will likely bolt in. Here is an example of a platform letter, a 1990 Mustang is "F" body platform. A 1989 Olds Cutlass is a "G" and so on. Sorry I don't know Saturn's, but if you google it I'm sure you can locate the info.

This is a hard job with lots of small springs and check balls, i would suggest that if you are not a trany rebuilder that you not mess with this one. anyone will tell you a ford taurus ****** are the wrost. these trannys are junk and 90% of the time it has nothing to do with the valve body but rather the pinion gears or clutches and band go bad. better off replacing it. there are bolts on the valvebody that cant be removed or parts come apart behind it.good day, sorry for the bad news, here are some diagram of it.
