I have a 1997 Pontiac Bonneville that is shutting off while I am driving. It eventually starts but it happens over and over. I changed the fuel relay switch but it still happens. what next?

How long since a tune-up? Are there any applicable trouble codes? Some of the national brand auto stores will check codes free. Does it stall at idle or going down the highway?
With extended crank, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and check fuel injector pulse.

If injector pulse is missing when problem is ongoing, two things I think of, do you have an rpm signal and security system where applicable. The rpm signal comes from crank sensor. Intermittent problems can be a pain to track. Don't replace anything unless your testing points in that direction.

2004 pontiac bonneville ran for about 5 minutes then shut off. i scanned the computer and it showed a p0230 code.fuel pump primary circuit misfunction.now it wont start at all.battery alittle weak.

check that the pins in the relay socket and the PCM connector are good and make contact youshouldsee12v at pcm... PCM is last resort. Check the fuel relay first for melting or burnt smell.

What is the reason on why the200 pontiac bonneville ssei shut off while im driving driving

I would look at the fuel pump relay next.
You'll have to figure out if you are loosing spark to the plugs or fuel to the injectors to proceed.

When i start up my car it starts and will stay running but will eventually die out, and if u step on the gas it dies right away

I would suggest Fuel issue...the car isn't getting the proper amount of fuel...you can try a cheap fix first and try and change the fuel filter...or it may be a fuel pump...those can be expensive..good luck

1993 pontiac bonneville fuel pump problem

It could be that you have picked up a batch of dirty fuel that has clogged the gauze input filter that is part ot the fuel pump inside the fuel tank.
