The radio just stopped working, no lights nothing , I checked all fuses and they are all fine

The problem could be an in-line fuse, close to the battery post. If for some reason the cables were put on backwards(temporarily) or the in-line fuse was pulled on or weak, it could have broke. Let me know if that helps.
