Check fuses and the relay -use your owners manual to locate those -also check both bulbs -they may have both blown out at the same time- cheers Denny

SOURCE: both headlights stopped working. fuses are ok and highbeams work

check the headlight bulbs, it's quite possible they are both burnt out.

you got it right first time...once you have the part in your hand you will see how it fits.......screwdriver is the tool..

I have a mazda mpv lx van. The headlights will not work on the lowbeam seeting. The highbeams setting works. When switched to the lowbeam setting, only the parking lights will work.
Sounds like a faulty high/low beam switch.
